About STEM is for Everyone

The mission of STEM is for Everyone (SFE) is to help humankind and our industry thrive by supporting equitable access to education in the areas of Science, Technology, Engineering and Math.

We are a power and energy insurance claims industry initiative that is focused on increasing and diversifying technical resources (engineers, programmers, and scientists) around the world.  Our focus on diversity in STEM education (science, technology, engineering, and math) derives from the industry’s persistent need for qualified engineers, technical experts, and scientists. We are determined to increase opportunities for underserved children and their families to access STEM education and help them envision a better, more empowered, future.
